Firouzeh Moquette Company was established in 1991 to produce all kinds of tufted carpets in forms of roll and rug sizes and put into operation in Mehriz industrial zone, 25 km far from centre of Yazd province, located in transit road way of Yazd to Bandar Abbas. First phase of company extention put into operation in 1994 to produce felt, rib and patterned random-velour needled carpets. Operation of second phase began in 1999 to produce all kinds of industrial non-woven linings and automotive floor-coverings.
